For my first foray into motion graphics, I created a short endtag based on the skatewear company Vans. Inspired by their authentic and playful tones, I used handmade pencil textures and had a skateboard dynamically ride on a half-pipe as it transforms into the brand's wordmark.
Since this project was so impactful on my understanding of the motion graphics process, I've also included a case study of my process below. Making this endtag, I learned I can make my own path when developing an idea and I shouldn't be afraid of returning to the drawing board.
