Ever since his middle school computer teacher decided to teach the class Adobe Illustrator, Jared has been fascinated by design and visual communication. Originally from the dry suburbs of Southern California, he moved up to Portland, Oregon to study graphic design, immerse himself in local scenes, and escape the heat. Passionate about all things film, from niche movies to indie animation and even YouTube video essays, he has taken a special interest in the motion graphics field.
